Cancellation Policy

At Anvit Toy World, we understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy provides clarity on when and how orders can be canceled.

1. Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been dispatched.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Cancelling a Prepaid or COD Order in Transit

If you choose to cancel an order that is already in transit, the following steps will apply:

Merchandise Return – Our courier partner will return the product to our warehouse. Cancellation begins after receiving the returned item.
Refund Process – Once the return is processed, the refund will be issued.

Refund Deductions:

💳 Prepaid Orders – A ₹100 shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
💰 COD Orders – A ₹150 deduction applies (includes ₹100 shipping + ₹50 COD handling).
