3. Inclusive Rs. 100 Shipping Charge

To keep things simple, we include a Rs. 100 shipping charge in the price of all products. This means no extra shipping fees at checkout – what you see is what you pay. (Applicable only if you select the free shipping method.)

4. Inclusive Rs. 150 COD Charge

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a Rs. 150 charge is included in the product price. If any additional COD charges apply, Rs. 100 from the product price will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

• • The Rs. 100 shipping charge (if applicable) is non-refundable for free shipping orders.

  • Any shipping costs incurred during return processing are also non-refundable.

  • The Rs. 150 COD charge is non-refundable, and an extra Rs. 100 will be deducted for shipping costs if COD charges were applicable.

6. Deductions for Rejected Deliveries

If a customer rejects the order at delivery, provides an incorrect address, or fails to receive the package, the refund amount will be deducted based on:
✔ Forward shipping charges
✔ Return to Origin (RTO) charges applied by the courier service

8. Responsibility for Incorrect Addresses
